We are proudly providing Ongoing assistance on the following projects:

- Landscaping development plan for visitor center (2014)

-  working to reduce lead in the Horicon Marsh by purchasing steel sinkers to swap with
refuge                 fishermen for lead sinkers

-  Rock River Watershed Project (water quality enhancement and sediment reduction)

-  Invasive plant species removal

-  Promoting of the marsh and wildlife conservation through well attended educational
programs               on topics related to cultural and natural history

-  Promoting environmental education through outreach to local schools by sponsoring the
2010               "Going Green" poster contest and the annual Junior Duck Stamp program reception for
local                youth

- Through the sales from our gift shop we are able to help fund Horicon National Wildlife
Refuge               projects
